I am multi-disciplinary artist working across painting, drawing, installation, and performance.

I have an underlying interest with the human body and how art practice can reveal a thinking feeling knowing body that is always in process. In turn, how the intelligent body reveals arts role in meaning-making.

Temporality, Ritual, Somatics, Consciousness and Perception are themes that I continuously explore to bring the body as a living experiential condition to the forefront of practice.

My practice is about exploring possibilities. Exploring how we are connected to the world and what moves us in life. It is an experiential journey of and through our senses.

Process is fundamental to my practice as a way for working towards an uncovering of experience rather than the way experience may be expressed. I am interested in how process can reveal an exploratory journey of discovery, uncovering hidden forms of expression.

For me, to explore requires a vulnerability and an openness, allowing the process to lead me rather than me leading it. Most importantly to have the courage to express what I may find when I get there.
